All vehicles listed on the Site are subject to prior sale. A vehicle displayed on the Site may have been sold after the listing was published. We are not liable for any inconvenience or expense arising from a vehicle being unavailable after you viewed it online.
In the event a vehicle is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, system error, or other mistake, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any transaction based on that incorrect price — whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will notify you of any such error as promptly as possible.
Advertised pricing on the Site may not include taxes, title, license and registration fees, dealer preparation fees, or other applicable charges. Final pricing is confirmed at the dealership. Contact us for a complete out-the-door price quote.
Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer to sell any vehicle at any displayed price. Submission of an inquiry form does not create a purchase agreement. All sales are subject to a signed written agreement executed at our dealership location.
The trade-in inquiry feature allows you to submit information about a vehicle you may wish to trade in. Any valuation or estimate provided in response to a trade-in inquiry is:
Submission of a trade-in inquiry does not obligate you to sell your vehicle to us or obligate us to purchase it. Final trade-in values are determined only upon in-person appraisal at our dealership.
When you submit a contact or inquiry form, you consent to be contacted by our staff via the contact information you provide. We will respond for the purpose of addressing your specific inquiry. By submitting a form, you are not enrolled in marketing or recurring communications unless you separately opt in to our newsletter or marketing list.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Site after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
