Azurite Blue is named for the deep blue copper mineral found in ancient pigments and mineral collections. It is a rich, dark blue with earthy depth, sitting closer to navy than to a primary blue. It appeared on select Porsche models and has the kind of color that would have been found on a Flemish master's palette. On a 993 or 997 it communicates quality and taste without requiring explanation.
